For our first run of Kolkrabba Deskmats, you can choose from either the bright and colorful Kolorbeast version or the more ominous monochrome variant; Abyss.

While we aim to reproduce the colors as accurately as possible, there may be some slight variation between the renders and the final production units due to the nature of the printing methods used and your display’s ability to accurately display colors. Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What is a Group-buy / Pre-Sale?
A. Group-buys (GB) are a way for us, as a community, to use our collective buying power to purchase goods from a manufacturer. It is essentially a pre-order for a product before the production process. Group-buys typically require a minimum-order-quantity (MOQ) to move on to production. The entire process can take anywhere from a few weeks to sometimes over a year depending on the complexity of the product, delays in production and other potentially unforeseen setbacks.
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Your deskmat will be securely packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, tracking included.
Q. Are there returns or exchanges for GBs?
A. No. We will however facilitate exchanges/returns for deskmats exhibiting defects from manufacturing and lost packages. These will be handled on a case by case basis. If you have any issues, please reach out to us directly at hi@archetypemade.com
Q. I’m not located in the US, how can I buy?
A. We’ve partnered with several international vendors for this release. Please navigate to the appropriate vendor site for your region in order to purchase. International vendor links are located above.
Q. How can I clean my water-resistant deskmat?
A. We recommend gently cleaning your deskmat with a clean, damp cloth, followed by air drying. Avoid using a washer/dryer or any harsh chemicals, as this may result in degradation of the water-resistant coating and will need to be recoated.
Q. How long will the group-buy period be open?
A. Two weeks. The pre-sale will close on August 23rd, 2021 at 11:59 pm PST.
Q. When can I expect to receive my deskmat?
A. We expect to begin shipping the deskmats in Q4 of 2021. However, as with all group-buys, there can be potential setbacks in manufacturing that may extend this lead time. We will, of course, do our best to get them out to you as quick as possible.
